The customer is a leading on-premise and cloud call center provider.

  • Design global routing platform in order to integrate multiple DID and voice providers and multi location PBX with carrier grade billing platform. The platform act also as an SBC, protecting the network from SIP scanners, brute force attacks, also providing a load balancing for outgoing traffic from PBX customers to the billing platform.
  • Build “one click” PBX install script that take a clean linux OS and install all necessary applications, plugins, firewall scripts, mail, web and other internal applications.
  • Design a multi-tenant PBX platform, working with the customer dev team in order to build and integrate the platform to the existing infrastructure(call center and omni-channel solution).
